Wholesale Orders

1. Minimum Order Value

Wholesale customers of HorseGirl Pottery have a minimum order value of $500. Payment must be made at the time the order is placed. Returning customers have a minimum order of $300. Once $1,500 of orders have been placed, the wholesale buyer will automatically have access to the 50% wholesale rate with a $0 minimum.

 

If an order is placed below the minimum requirement, I will reach out to discuss how to reach the minimum. If the minimum cannot be met, the order will be cancelled.

2. How to place an order

• Review the Wholesale Pricing Sheet

• Call HorseGirl Pottery at 256-665-5726 and ask for LeAnn or email your order to LeAnn@HorseGirlPottery.com

• I will provide an invoice via email. Payment must be received up front and in full before I will begin work on an order.

3. MSRP

Products purchased from HorseGirl Pottery shall be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) detailed in the wholesale pricing sheet. In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, HorseGirl Pottery requests the Wholesale Account to not advertise a discount more than 25% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 25% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to LeAnn@HorseGirlPottery.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis or for order closeouts.

4. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive a sliding scale of 30%-50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. For local accounts, hand delivery can be arranged. Trade clients (interior designers, architects etc.) will receive 20% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. HorseGirl Pottery covers the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS, UPS or FedEx.

5. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Changes to orders

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to LeAnn@HorseGirlPottery.com no later than 72 hours after the order was placed.

7. Returns

Requests must be made in writing directly to LeAnn@HorseGirlPottery.com within 7 days of delivery date, quoting order number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without the approval of Horse Girl Pottery. Delivery instructions for transport will be determined upon request. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

In the event that items are damaged or defective, please contact LeAnn at LeAnn@HorseGirlPottery.com within 7 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. No merchandise will be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

 

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.

8. Nature of handmade products

All of my products are handmade. Due to the nature of my production method, each product will vary slightly. This shall not be subject for returns.

9. Payments

I accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

10. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the wholesale price. As shipping is already included in the retail price on our website, a separate shipping total is calculated for wholesale orders. Freight will be charged on each invoice based on size and weight. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. The buyers preferred carrier may be used if the buyer agrees to assume any additional transportation charges.

11. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 8 weeks from the submission of your order complete with payment for completion of items. *I do not ship international wholesale orders except to Canada at this time.*

12. Brick and Mortar

I do not accept wholesale accounts to businesses who exclusively sell online. I will not authorize third party sellers to list my products for sale online. You may sell my products at your brick-and-mortar store and via your brick-and-mortar store website. Please provide in your Wholesale Order Request the URL(s) you plan to use.
